Health coaching is about creating sustainable, realistic changes that fit into your lifestyle. It’s not about chasing the latest trends or carrying guilt for past habits. Instead, it’s about understanding your body and replacing old habits with proven techniques that lead to genuine well-being. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what works best for you. I’m not here to tell you what you should do—I’m here to listen, guide, and support you on your unique journey to thriving health.
My Journey
My passion for health coaching grew from my own personal health challenges. I spent many years battling perimenopausal symptoms— without even realising what was happening—then my body stopped in its tracks due to Long Covid. With constant fatigue, weight gain and high levels of anxiety, I eventually reached a turning point, motivated by my determination to feel well again.
I dove into research and experienced a breakthrough - I discovered that I had more control than I realised and found that small, sustainable changes could transform my health and wellness. I now understand that true wellness comes from nurturing every aspect of our lives – the four pillars of health: diet, stress, sleep, and physical activity. Today, I feel better than I did 10 years ago! Let me support you to feel the best version of yourself.
